"How do I book my classes?"
When you join you will be given access to the Negative 25 Training App. This is how you can book classes.
Our booking system works by allocating "class credits" based on your membership. You will use these to book any class times each week that you like. Tokens can be used to book up to 7 days ahead.
Class bookings are required for every class. If you are unable to attend, you are required to cancel your booking through the app, to allow for someone else to book.
"What payment options do you have?"
You can set up either weekly, fortnightly, or 6-weekly upfront payments. These will auto-renew until canceled or paused.
"Can I pause or cancel my membership at any time?"
Yes, there are no long term contracts. We simply require 7 days advance notice.
"How long before I see results?"
On average, new members lose 8cm from their waist and hips in their first six weeks. Of course, it depends on what your personal goal is. You'll feel noticeably stronger within the first 6 weeks. If you make a determined effort to push yourself hard in the short workouts, you will be richly rewarded.
"I’ve tried everything else… what makes this different?"
